ProRetro Tablet consists of : Dydrogesterone 10mg.
Dydrogesterone is a synthetic form of the female hormone progesterone.
ProRetro Tablet Uses :-
ProRetro Tablet is used in the treatment of absence of periods, pain during periods and irregular cycles.
- ProRetro Tablet is used in the treatment of endometriosis.
- ProRetro Tablet is used in the treatment of premenstrual syndrome and irregular uterine bleeding.
- ProRetro Tablet is also used in abortion and infertility.
- ProRetro Tablet is also used as a hormone replacement therapy in postmenopausal women.
ProRetro Tablet Dosage :-
ProRetro Tablet should be taken exactly as prescribed by your doctor.
ProRetro Tablet are intended for oral administration.
ProRetro Tablet should be swallowed with a glass of water with or without food.
If the patient has to take more than one tablet a day, they should equally take one tablet in the morning and one in the evening.
ProRetro Tablet should be taken at a fixed time every day. So that the amount of ProRetro Tablet remains constant in the body.

Like all medicines, ProRetro Tablet can cause side effects, however not everyone may experience these side effects.

• ProRetro Tablet should not be used if you have a known or suspected history of tumors such as meningioma.
• ProRetro Tablet should not be used if you have a problem with vaginal bleeding for which the cause is not known.
• Before starting treatment with ProRetro Tablet, you should identify the cause of abnormal uterine bleeding.
• ProRetro Tablet may cause bleeding and spotting in the initial days of treatment. If this continues, the doctor should be told.
• Before starting treatment with ProRetro Tablet, you should inform doctor if you are pregnant, planning pregnancy or breastfeeding.
• If you have liver disease or a history of liver disease. You should tell your doctor before starting treatment with ProRetro Tablet.
• ProRetro Tablet should be taken at regular time.
