Dydrogesterone Uses :-
Dydrogesterone is used in the treatment of absence of periods, pain during periods and irregular cycles.
- Dydrogesterone is used in the treatment of endometriosis.
- Dydrogesterone is used in the treatment of premenstrual syndrome and irregular uterine bleeding.
- Dydrogesterone is also used in abortion and infertility.
- Dydrogesterone is also used as a hormone replacement therapy in postmenopausal women.
Dydrogesterone Dosage :-
Dydrogesterone should be taken exactly as prescribed by your doctor.
Dydrogesterone are intended for oral administration.
Dydrogesterone should be swallowed with a glass of water with or without food.
If the patient has to take more than one tablet a day, they should equally take one tablet in the morning and one in the evening.
Dydrogesterone should be taken at a fixed time every day. So that the amount of Dydrogesterone remains constant in the body.

Like all medicines, Dydrogesterone can cause side effects, however not everyone may experience these side effects.

Precautions & Warnings :-
• Dydrogesterone should not be used if you are allergic to dydrogesterone or any of the other ingredients of Dydrogesterone.
• Dydrogesterone should not be used if you have a known or suspected history of tumors such as meningioma.
• Dydrogesterone should not be used if you have a problem with vaginal bleeding for which the cause is not known.
• Before starting treatment with Dydrogesterone, you should identify the cause of abnormal uterine bleeding.
• Dydrogesterone may cause bleeding and spotting in the initial days of treatment. If this continues, the doctor should be told.
• Before starting treatment with Dydrogesterone, you should inform doctor if you are pregnant, planning pregnancy or breastfeeding.
• If you have liver disease or a history of liver disease. You should tell your doctor before starting treatment with Dydrogesterone.
• Dydrogesterone should be taken at regular time.
