• Being a Hispanic of Mexican origin,
• Being overweight or obese,
• Being sedentary,
• Being pregnant,
• Eating a high-fat diet,
• Eating a high-cholesterol diet,
• Eating a low-fiber diet,
• Having a history in family of gallstones,
• Having diabetes,
• Having specific blood disorders, like sickle cell anemia or leukemia,
• Losing weight very fast,
• Taking medications that include estrogen, like oral contraceptives or hormone therapy drugs,
• Having liver disease.

Causes of Gallstones :-

Gallstones can form if bile include more cholesterol, more bilirubin, or not sufficient bile salts. Researchers do not completely understand why these changes in bile take place. Gallstones can also form if the gallbladder does not vacant fully or frequently sufficient. Specific people are more probable to have gallstones than others because of their risk factors for gallstones, involving obesity and specific kinds of dieting.
