Tofisopam Tablet

Tofisopam medicine is prescribed for the treatment of Depression and Anxiet.


Tofisopam Uses :-


Tofisopam belongs to a class of drugs called benzodiazepines. Tofisopam is used in the treatment of depression and anxiet associated with depression. Tofisopam relieves the symptoms of anxiet by relaxing the nerves and exerting a calming effect on the brain.


Tofisopam Dosage Forms & Strengths :-


50mg or 100mg tablets for oral use.


Tofisopam Dosage :-


Tofisopam is a prescription drug, and the dosage or duration is prescribed by the doctor according to the symptoms of the patients. 

Tofisopam is taken with or without food. But, take it at the same time every day so that the body is maintaining the same level of medicine. 

Do not take more than the prescribed dose of Tofisopam, as this medicine can be habit-forming. 

Complete the full course of treatment, even if you feel well, and do not miss a dose. 

Do not stop taking the medicine suddenly without consulting your doctor as it may cause nausea and anxiety. Tofisopam is used only for a limited period of time. Long-term use is not recommended. 

If you ever forget to take a dose, take it as soon as possible, if it is time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and take the dose at the regular time. 

Complete the course of Tofisopam.


Tofisopam Sideeffects :-


Like all medicines, Tofisopam can cause side effects, however not everyone may experience these side effects.

Some common side effects like -

Nausea,
Headache
dryness in the mouth
loss of appetite
difficulty sleeping

and many other side effects can occur.
