Dipeptidyl Peptidase-4 Inhibitors :

Dipeptidyl peptidase 4 (DPP-4) inhibitors are a class of antidiabetic drugs used to lower high blood sugar levels in type 2 diabetes.

Dipeptidyl peptidase inhibitors slow down the inactivation and degradation of GLP-1 (a hormone involved in the removal of glucose from the intestine). Dipeptidyl peptidase inhibitors improve blood sugar control.

Dipeptidyl peptidase 4 (DPP-4) inhibitors class antidiabetic drugs :

( 1 ) Teneligliptin

( 2 ) Vildagliptin

( 3 ) Alogliptin

(4 ) Saxagliptin

( 5 ) Linagliptin

( 6 ) Sitagliptin
